As a certified holistic life coach, I help individuals and couples navigate their lives: their stresses, anxieties, and the inevitable challenges that life presents us with. I know how overwhelming it can feel when difficult thoughts and emotions pull you away from the life you want to have. My coaching process invites you to step into awareness—learning to observe your thoughts, emotions, and patterns with curiosity rather than judgment. From this foundation, we create simple, actionable steps that help you restore balance, strengthen confidence, and deepen connection with yourself and others.
My practice is inclusive, offering a respectful and welcoming space for everyone.

Breathwork
The Buteyko Method is a breathing retraining program developed by Ukrainian doctor, Konstantin Buteyko, in the 1950s. It’s based on the idea that many of us over-breathe without realizing it — taking in too much air too quickly — which can actually reduce oxygen delivery to our tissues and put the body in a constant state of stress. Through gentle exercises, we learn to breathe more calmly, lightly, and through the nose, which helps restore healthy breathing patterns. This can reduce symptoms of anxiety, sleep problems, asthma, nasal congestion, and even improve overall energy and focus.
As a certified Buteyko Breathwork practitioner, I provide the techniques to help my clients improve their breathing patterns, enabling them to reap the benefits, both physically and mentally.

Guided Meditation Services
I offer personalized guided meditation sessions designed to help you find clarity, calm, and balance in your daily life. If you’ve ever felt like your mind is constantly racing or that your life is running you, then a guided meditation can be the way to regain balance and control of your life. Whether you prefer a calming visualization, a body scan, or a breathwork-centered practice, I will design each session to fit your specific needs to help reduce feelings of anxiety, improve your focus, or enhance your overall emotional well-being.
Sessions are available both online and in person and typically last 30 to 60 minutes. I also provide simple guided practices for quick resets throughout the day.
